We collect only what we need to provide our services and improve the website experience:

• Contact information you provide voluntarily, such as your name and email address when you book a call or send us a message.
• Website analytics collected through privacy-friendly tools (Plausible or Umami). These do not use cookies or track personal data. We collect aggregate page views, referral sources, and device types.
• Project files and communications shared during the course of a project.

How we use your data

• To respond to your enquiries and provide our services
• To improve our website based on aggregate usage patterns
• To send project-related communications (never marketing, unless you opt in)

Data sharing

We retain contact information and project files for up to 24 months after a project concludes, unless you request earlier deletion. Analytics data is aggregated and contains no personal identifiers.
