Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026

These terms govern all web design and development services provided by Silo Studio to you. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Project scope

Each project begins with a written scope document that outlines deliverables, timelines, and pricing. Work outside the agreed scope may require a separate agreement and additional fees. We will always discuss scope changes with you before proceeding.

Payment

We require a 50% deposit before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before final files are delivered. Payment is accepted via bank transfer or Stripe. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Revisions

Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions as part of the agreed price. Additional revisions beyond this are billed at our standard hourly rate, which will be communicated in advance.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own all custom design and code created specifically for your project. We retain the right to use general techniques, frameworks, and non-proprietary tools across other projects. We may showcase the completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in client-supplied materials may affect project timelines. You confirm that any content you provide (text, images, logos) is owned by you or properly licensed.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or data. We deliver work to a professional standard but do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as conversion rates or revenue increases.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 7 days written notice. If you terminate, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date. The deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
